Cancellation Policy

Babcock Rides LLC Reservations Thank you for choosing us for your ride reservations! To secure your booking, full payment of the service is required at the time of reservation. Please review our cancellation policy below: • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled ride date and time: Your payment may be fully refunded or applied toward a rescheduled ride. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 1 hour before the scheduled ride date and time: Your payment is non-refundable, but it may be used as credit toward a future ride and/or applied to a rescheduled reservation within 3 months from the original reservation. • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled ride time or no-shows: The payment will be forfeited.
